Picard fixed point theorem is used for obtaining existence and uniqueness of solutions. By means of abstract Gronwall lemma, Gronwall's inequality on time scales and applications of Gronwall's inequality on time scales, we establish Hyers-Ulam stability and Hyers-Ulam-Rassias stability results.
